1961 born in Cologne
1979 – 1980 completed a voluntary year in the interior decoration section of a Cologne department store.
1980 – 1984 studied at the Cologne academy of art. During this time also undertaking voluntary work in the costume section of the Cologne opera.
1983 – 2010 summer months living on the Greek island Santorini, manufacturing and selling self designed clothing, and later creating artwork for a permanent exhibition in www.artspace-santorini.com.
1983 – 2023 living in Cologne during the winter months constructing carnival floats for the Cologne Rosenmontag carnival parade.
2010 – 2020 relocated to north Germany to live during summer months with a studio in Steinberg. Conducted an art exhibition in Flensburg in 2013.
2015 – 2019 manufacturing and selling exclusive silk garments incorporating photo-prints from the Santorini period www.cookla.eu
2020 – returned to live in Greece for the summer months on the Greek island Paros, with a studio in the main town Parikia. Conducted an art exhibition in Parikia in September 2023. Continue to live during the winter months in Cologne with a studio in the art community www.kunstzentrum-signalwerk.de
